Faculty and staff members are invited to make a tax-deductible donation to the FY08 Annual Campaign—Connecting with the Students. Although the Employee Campaign kicks off each spring, your support is welcome any time of year.
Why Should I Support?
Your participation sends a powerful message of commitment and support to our students and to our community. Black Hawk College’s employee giving has increased by 82% over the last four years. Our hope is that we reach 100% employee participation since you know firsthand the importance of supporting our students.
Where Does My Gift Go?
That’s up to you. Your unrestricted gift supports scholarship assistance, classroom equipment, technology upgrades, campus beautification projects and more. A designated project is announced prior to the launch of each Employee Campaign. Stay tuned for the 2007-08 Project. You are always welcome to specify the area of your gift as well.
How Will I be Recognized?
Contributors will be acknowledged on the Black Hawk College Foundation website and in the Intercom newsletter unless anonymity is requested.
How Do I Make a Gift?
Simply request a form from the Foundation, fill it out, and send it back to the Black Hawk College Foundation Office. Payroll deduction, one-time gifts, monthly and quarterly gifts can all be arranged by contacting the Foundation Office at 309/796-5061. All gifts are confidential.
