Providing important support for students

Because of the generosity of many individuals, organizations and foundations, Black Hawk College Foundation offers scholarship opportunities to assist students financially in paying a Black Hawk College education. Scholarships often help students focus more on their studies and less so on the financial burden during college.

New and returning full and part-time students are encouraged to apply for Black Hawk College Foundation Scholarships. Scholarships are based on some or all of the following criteria: academic performance, financial need and/or area of study.

Each year, the scholarship application season begins March 1, with a deadline of May 1. In fairness to all applicants, we do not accept applications after the deadline.
